    Hi guys,
I have bought expired domain with PR 3.
    Unfortunetly now is PR N/A.
It doesnt look like fake PR beacuse that web has own fanpage community, backlinks etc etc.
But google dont want to show me actual PR now

Google it site:www.yourwebsite.com to check indexed pages, If does shows any results then check for some other PR checker tools.

If doesn't shows any results then that will be called de-indexed on Google.

    Thanks,
    Bart

But PR change is only few times a year? Or can it be changed also for one domain?

I am a not an expert so please ignore as you see fit, but:
    http://www.a3webtech.com/index.php/seo-when-moving-webhost.html
That guy seems to think that missing pages causes 404 errors and G doesn't seem to like backlinks to non existing content. Also it seems that if you change location of host to another country it affects SEO. Then there is link velocity but that's not included on that link I think.
Just a thought. Hope it helps. :)

well if the site has expired for a long time, it will come back as pr na or pr0, and the real PR will show on the next PR update. If the site has just expired, it will come back in a few days after youve added content (it can take longer sometimes, but if it has live high PR backlinks it should be indexed quickly)

If the site was deindexed it just wouldnt show up when searching www(dot)yoursite(dot)com

Dont forget to redirect ALL pages to homepage or to pages where you build content, else it wont pass link juice

It can take a few days after you have re-registered the domain to show its new page rank

Yeah it will adjust after Google recrawls all the links going to it. You dont' have to wait for PR update to see change in effect. But regardless, if the backlink profile is solid and you know it's solid, why give two shits about the PR? I have a lot of powerful, trusted domains that are PR0 and 1 that have 20+ trust flow in Majestic and also respectable Domain Authority. I am eventually going to do a case study on using just these types of sites versus using just GoDaddy Auctions gouge-my-wallet domains.

99.99% you wont get same PR as it had previously. So avoid buying of expired domain.

Put content on it.. And wait for a few days. Even if it is indexed at the moment, showing pr as N/A is natural and happens alll the time, when u pick a domain like that.
Just wait for upto a week. PR should be back (or atleast 2 if it was not gamed).
    Cheers!
