I bought an expired domain from godaddy about 5 days ago, paid the 5$, paid for the registration and all. I did not get the registration mail that we get upon registering a domain, neither does it show in my domain manager...it is however reflected in my 'auctions i've won' folder..but how exactly do I use it?

In case it isn't obvious enough, this is my first time buying a dropped domain..

    Don't panic.
It will take a few weeks for it to get passed to your account.
I buy expired domains now and then from Godaddy/Tdnam.
Bought one on 19th February and received confirmation today (8th March) that transaction is compete.

    Trust this helps,

You got a 3 letter .com on the $5 closeout list? I doubt that.

Ahh ok, yeah a 3 letter .com wholesale value is $3,900 with bad letters ranging up in to the millions for ones like sex.com so picking one of them up for $5 would of been nice.

Even a 3 letter .org is a good score, it's about $190 bottom wholesale, are you sure it wasn't a 3 character with letters and numbers?
