I'm afraid the domain has been blacklisted for spam. It's not even displaying adsense. Before buying the domain I checked the moz spam score and it was 0 and the domain didn't have any existing backlink when I checked on ahref. What's the problem? How do I find out if it's a blacklisted domain?

Make sure before buying any expired domains you check archive.org. Look and see if it was used for spamming purposes in the past.

You can also pull it into your webmasters account. It'll automatically come up with a spam notice if it was penalised in the past. If there is nothing, then I'd recommend you to try sharing it on a G+ account. Seems to work for me.

    check your sitemap.
Share your website url in G+ accounts, communities etc.
Should get them all indexed in a week or so.

You have to check archive.org... It's likely been spammed. If not, drop it in an indexer and index the damn thing. Build a link to it... Something.

    Put google analytics on it
    If it has been deindexed

Inform them you only bought the domain a few weeks ago and now that you have put analtics on it
Its telling you the domain is deindexed

Now make sure you have a couple of posts, on it
Thry must be unique and of good quality, because they will manualy review it

Usually they will reindex it withig a couple of days
