Hi, I just bought an expired domain and deindexed domain. It's directly related to my industry (21 DA and 32 PA) and it has around 300 backlinks too (non-spammy & good trust flow).
What should I do with it? The website is totally blank and no pages are indexed by Google.
    I'm thinking if I should...
    1. Do a 301 redirect
    2. Re-create the website and get it indexed and do a 301 redirect
    3. Create a PBN of it

    What would you do?

    Thanks for the reply, mainceaft.
What's your reason behind not wanting to do a 301 redirect?

I've not tested whether non-indexed domains pass any authority or link juice or w/e in theory the site would need to be indexed, but there's reasons it may not be indexed but crawlable so who knows. For example you can have the following meta tag: no-index, follow.

Google is a big pile of fucking horseshit anyway try what you can to manipulate their search engine good luck!

    1. 301 redirect. -> No this is the bad idea. You need to make sure your the site have index before you 301 redirect.
    2. Re-create the website and get it index and do 301 redirect -> Last choice. You need make sure your site get index by Big G first. This way is same like yo do some trick to manipulate Big G alogt.
    3. Create a PBN of it -> This is the best idea for me. They are right! they said it will wasting your time to build it up and wasting money for fill the content. But you need to consider this, whether you only have plan do create one money site? If you've plan to build more than 1 money site, PBN is the answer. You can use it for many site depend of your PBN metrics. The second reason is it's looks more natural than you do 301 redirect.

    You didnt say it clearly!

    1) if you mean this domain is deindexed now, and i want to tell you, most expired domain got deindexed due to long time no accessable by G bot, so its okay! If in this case, it is a good domain, index it first, then do whatever you like

    2) if you mean this domain got penalized and de-indexed by Google, then it is a junkie, a shit, but but but, you can try to re-build the old pages of the domain and send a reconsidaration email to Google and say " hello honey, I abandon my domain years ago and now im back! And amazing found someone abused this domain, but i love it, i want it back, please index it again" so, this way, you have a small chance to raise it back to normal!

and build PBN to such a domain is a good choice, you can use multiple times to link to your own sites, 301 can pass penalty, so dont 301 a bad domain to your site.

dont do a 301, put some decent content on it. building some manual links. let it index and then use it as a PBN or 301.

Doing a 301 will cause problems as you are pointing DE indexed domain to a new domain and thus passing a penalty across as well.

I think you should first get the website indexed and then 301 redirect to your main domain.

Thanks so much for all the help guys!
I'm going to re-create the website with all the old content and make it look all nice and white hat, get it indexed, pray that google will reindex the site and after that do a 301 redirect.

Recreate it and once indexed, place a link to your moneysite ?

301 if it's closely related to your moneysite.

Seems to me a much better option than 301. Why 301 when you can have a whole site?

Having a few 301s doesn't hurt if related, and it still gives you a nice rank boost. I prefer setting up sites instead of 301s as well, but for the sake of not leaving footprints and mixing things up, I sometimes do the redirects too.

The reason why I'm thinking of doing a 301 redirect is because:
    1. the links are pointing to multiple pages of the website so a 301 redirect would pass all the link juice towards my main website. If I'm putting my link on every page of the website it would look spammy.
    2. a 301 redirect would pass more the link juice to my main website compared to a link

And it's related to my money website.

Let's see how the rankings go.

I agree with these sentiments, and will echo that a great first step to implementing this domain into whatever final condition OP wants includes adding content and attempting to get the site re-indexed. Once you know the penalty is gone you will open up all the best opportunities to best utilize the domain.
