bought an exercise bike..

    I plan to jump on this thing as soon as i wake up every morning and do a good 15 minutes maybe more! exercise produces adrenaline and once that adrenaline is in your system your body enters fight or flight mode once your in that mode..you feel charged and ready to take on anything especially seo related things i know since i got it i feel i can do a lot more and have been a lot more productive than i was before i began exercising properly every morning, Anyone else experience this?

    Hi! I do exercise but not on bike. I do running and walking as my exercise. It is the refreshing feeling after you sweat a lot that gives you an extra energy to do something else more. It is like a kick that will drive you to do better.:)

    I used to have a spin bike.

    They are the proper ones that give the best workout :D

    My ex bought a Tony Little Gazelle machine ages ago and I was using it for a clothes horse. Then my doctor told me I was pre diabetes and my blood pressure had risen too. So I started doing 5 minutes a day last summer and now doing a straight hour every morning before starting my day. Blood pressure and diabetes in check and I've lost 55 pounds as well.

    Keep it up, you won't regret it!

    Exercising with bike???? This is new to me.You can use bike for show or obtain some skill or for essential use but you can not tell that you are using a bike for exercising.If driving bike or car would be an exercise then doctor would not suggest to walk or to do physical works.

    Wake up morning and go to near park ....... and spend 30 minutes or one hour with running.It will refresh your mind and body both.

    Exercising is proven to help with productivity. You will have more energy and will be able to think more clear.

    Actually, I believe exercise, besides providing the obvious cardiovascular benefits, really improves your overall thought process. I run with no music (its a lot safe that way with all the freaking cars on the road) and use the alone time to problem solve. I firmly believe that the pumping blood actually allows certain dormant neurons to fire and I always return from a run with some fresh new ideas or a unique take on a problem that I am trying to solve. The only downside to running is the inevitable wear and tear on your body.

    I am doing it for months now... had to do it, I went to 110 kg... barely could walk but I'm able to do 13-14 km now on it in one hour, yeah :)

    Yall know that you could also simply inject adrenaline right?

    But I too find cycling more pleasurable than running. It supposedly goes easier on the joints too. With my exercise bike I kept increasing the difficulty and now I can burn a 1000 kcal in 15 minutes (used to take 90+ minutes, I was simply watching TV shows during the process).

    My MTB is 50 pounds and looks pretty gay with the thick tires but it also costs a lot of energy to use it.

    So my advice is to do shorter times really sweating than boring yourselves to death with endless easy pedalling.
