So I bought a DOMAIN at NameCheap (Came out REALLY CHEAP + With Coupon & WhoIs Guard)

Where should I get my hosting from?

P.S. Since in hosting you enter your information as well, can someon find out your information?

In a sense that if you go to whois.com, you can find out who owns the domain, can you go somwhere and find out who owns the host =/ Or no?

But yeah, where should I get my host from? What do you guys recomd?

Something that supports is good with Aweber (and WordPress preferably)

You should've looked around first. Most hosts will throw you a couple of free .coms for signing up with them. Can't ever have enough domains though :)

It really depends on what you need out of your hosting, I started with 1and1.com and they were great for my first year or so until I started to need a lot more then their rates weren't as competitive. You can get whois protection from most hosts when registering a domain so that people can't find your info.

I use hostgator for most of my hosting needs. I know a lot of people here would vouch for hostgator as well.

vivalafeva, do you buy the domain with the host? Or seperatly?

wowhaxor, thanks a lot buddy. I'll make a note from it.
Why did you move from 1and1? Did someone offer something better? Or...?

They are just too much on the user friendly and not enough on functionality. It was a pain to mass register domains, etc. They were always a good host though.

    Also,

If I buy only ONE month of GoDaddy, will it automaticly withdraw money for the second month when it reaches that point? Or do I loose a host after 1 month?

yea, with godaddy or anyplace u register a domain it will be minimum a year, not a monthly fee, you only pay for hosting monthly. Also with a domain unless u set it to, it will not re-register the domain automatically for you. But with hosting it is very likely to be a monthly rebill.
