Bots?

I have an fmylife type site that i am working on getting traffic going. I have made up about 100 post but i am not that creative to keep posting stuff all the time. People that come to my site have not been posting stuff. I am however afraid that if they return afterward that they will see that the site has not been updated since the last time they looked at it. Is theyre any bots or anyone that is a programmer that can make a bot to scrape content and post it on my site so that it has fresh content?

Scraping Content will not help you rank. You will definitely get a penalty for duplicate content. That being said, there are very easy ways of integrating RSS to your Submission MySQL table. PM Me if you want to discuss it more.
