Bot that can find forums that allow live profile links?

Is there any bot that can find forums, that allow live profile links? I'm considering doing that those spammers on BHW are doing lately, but on other sites and not as crazy(just relevant stuff). Only forum bot I know off is zennoposter and I think that just makes spam posts.
