I would need bot for local community/forum. I think it is created with uniq script.

    What bot should do:

    I create 3 text files
    1. Urls to forums (inner categories)
    2. Usernames
    3. Posts with titles (have to be spintax supported)

Bot takes Urls from file1 go's and clicks "create new thread", takes username from file2 (no need for registerin) and posts post from file3.

There is captcha on postin so either it should post that to me or imagetyperz support would be great.

After that bot should give me results - links to threads it have posted.

    PROXY SUPPORT IS MUST!
Bot have to be able to use UTF-8 text.

    OPTIONAL:
I could take that "results file" and send BOT to reply on those live threads.

Let me know your price and TAT for bot like this.
Please note I'm not going to pay anything like $500, more like $50-$150 depending on functions and support after sale.

PM me if you want to see site where I'm going to use this.

Why wouldn't you be willing to pay more than $150? If you think it's going to make a lot of money, save up and make sure it gets done right the first time. If not, and you think it won't be worth a larger investment, why bother with the project at all?

Hmm... That is because, I know this is easy project for someone who is expierienced in codin bots. I think someone who have skills can make this in about 3-5hours easily, that makes it to $30-$50/hour salary, so I think that is basicly enought. Of course I always pay extra when I need updates or something for this bot....

Why should I pay $500, when I know I can easily get good programmer who do's this job with $50-$150?

Protip: smart programmers won't work for an "hourly" rate. It's all about how valuable the program is to you. If it's a piece of software that stands to make you thousands, and both of you know that, why should a programmer charge less than $900? Any programmer with the brain capacity to create a working program should also be able to come to this conclusion.

I don't get your logic. Why programmers shouldn't wor for hourly rate? Allmost all the other jobs are also done whit hourly rate?
Example web design is made in hourly rate. Designers can't say - I dont design this site because I think you make lots of cash from it...

Its not like when I need bot I share the income 50%-50% with programmer, just because he knows how to code - OR I COULD DO THAT, but in that case this would be JV thread, NOT HIRE FREELANCER THREAD!

And if you check freelancer.com and oDesk.com you see that also smart programmers can work with hourly rate....
