It is a good network (though your review honestly looks like a bad Yelp paid review) but customer service is simply bad, I have a friend purchasing links for $400 a month, he sent them around 5 emails in this past few days asking to drip feed them so they won't be placed at once, they simply IGNORES him, now imagine 120 links placed in one day. ..

Thank you for kind feedback.
We were upgrading our system in order to make it better for our clients. An interface for backlink selection was improved significantly and made more friendly for users.
Due to that fact we had a surge in ticket volumes those days and that was the reason for delay. We're terribly sorry for that.
Everything is fine for this moment. All incoming requests are answered within 24 hours as usual, except weekends.
