I believe that I am aware of nature of your problem. This issue has been resolved by itself recently and it was not actually caused by us.
Looking forward to recieve your reply ASAP to bring you rapid solution!
OP, I can confirm the issue has been resolved and the refund has been issued. Thanks for sorting this out-much appreciated!
For everyones awareness, I had around 450$ amount pending in my linksmanagement account and despite several emails and cancellation of subscription, i didnt hear from the OP. After raising the issue here, OP responded promptly to me over in the PM suggesting there was an issue with their payment processor not being able to provide refund over last few weeks. Apparently this has resulted in flurry of emails, as i can imagine, hence support desk being unresponsive.
Re, the service itself, I'm not going to blow the trumpet, as I've just recieved a refund and it doesnt bode well. Factually speaking, it provides a much cleaner platform to manage your contextual link building activities. I like the transparency of the platform more than anything else as you are well aware of the site quality metrics PA/DA/PR/CF/TF/OBL much before you make a purchase. So unless you dont know what you are doing and cant be bothered with seeking free seo expert available onsite, you cant go wrong.
