Support ignores messages and refuses to respond to tickets, I don't know if this is a one man business but whoever runs the support needs to get his shit together and respond to paying costumers.

Yep! Unfortunately, I can confirm that. About 6 days ago, I loaded 20 USD via credit card. The money was not credited to my account until today.
Support has answered that my request was forwarded to the marketing department.
No idea what is going on there
For the past week I lost half my followers when I bought non drop followers and customer support said they will refill my account, it's been a week and I still didn't get anything. Now the website isn't working? Wasted $30
Short update: Another 2 days have passed. It's been one week since I charged 20 USD via credit card. Unfortunately the 20 USD were not credited to my account until today. I have now asked support to cancel the credit card transaction so I can get my money back.
Let's see what happens.
PS: Very sad. I have enjoyed working with smm.net so far and have always been happy with the service. Maybe everything will clear up soon and we will get the usual good service.
