Summary
This service has been tested by the marketplace moderation team to ensure that it meets the standards for the marketplace. The service has been checked to ensure that it can deliver what it advertised in accordance to its TAT or in a timely manner if no TAT was provided.

- Disclosure: we allowed the seller to offer 1 top-level review copy for free to a single member of the forum while staff observed the process and collected feedback and proof of delivery.
- The seller was very responsive throughout the process
- The seller managed to successfully move the given keyword by the member to the first page on Amazon

Just wanted to leave a quick review regarding the service rendered.
I saw the result I was hoping to see, which is that my ebook gets ranked for a few keywords, especially my target keyword which I gave.
Based on the result alone, quality of the service is great, especially since my keyword and niche is extremely competitive.
Leaving this review as part of a review copy.

On Jul 27, they were giving a review copy. I PMed them the details.
I asked them for an update on Aug 6. They replied
"I believe you signed up for the beta tester. We have been approved and that is completed.
Alternatively, you can signup for a free one on our new thread."
I then posted on their new thread and asked for a review copy. They said that, for a free copy, they need a new keyword that's on page 4-5.
I provided it to them on Aug 8. They said the keywords are great.
Then I was in touch with them on skype. I asked for an update. They said that the keyword is moving slowly and has jumped some positions.
Yesterday (8 Sep), when I asked for an update they said that their management has terminated the review copies and asked me to pay if I need to rank a keyword.
So, I guess either they're lazy, or they do not stick to their commitment or they couldn't rank.
They also lost a potential client.
The overall impression is poor and I'll avoid their services.

We apologize with the experience that you had. However as mentioned, we are no longer offering free ranking services. This would be unfair for the clients who had already paid that have yield results.
It was our mistake that we have not notified you midway of ranking that we decided to stop all free ranking services. Hopefully we can gain your trust by trying our paid plan.
