In my personal opinion, achieving high rankings in Amazon's search results depends on a lot of factors: Reviews/Conversion Rate, Price....
This seller doesn't assure his service can help increase search rankings - however I don't think it will improve search results.
I will wait for the next 1-2 weeks, and will update when its ranking changes or not.
If it helps my product get high ranking, I will order more.

If your product is with poor rank then this small amount of Listings will not do enough to boost your rank. I have told you that before.
Actually, SEO services is a long term process & if a Product is with Poor Rank or Low Quality then it needs more works.
And, it's almost impossible to Rank a Low Quality Product or Low Ranked Product with a Small Package of Listings. Services.
