12 days later, salataa did not respond to any email. He refused a refund on the PayPal and upgraded the dispute.
Whether or not I can get a refund, I have to tell everyone to choose his proxy carefully, it's slow and a lot of messages go back to 502 Bad Gateway, you know, I just use single thread links. I can't imagine how many people are using his shared proxy. Salataa didn't feel any sorry about it. Just tell me, please select the dedicated proxy.

please refund my money, actually im your previous buyer, when i want to buy your service again i see my invoice when i login to buy the service again and pay the proxy service from that invoice, but after i buy it on next day my proxy is blocked, the seller didnt tell me the price is raise while he can contact me using email , maybe i will pay with the new price, he only decided to block my service and didnt refund my money, you can block my ip but please send my money back because i didnt get what i pay
you got it fixed after one hour of your ticket and we asked you if you still have the problem but you didn't answer it yet since yesterday,by the way we see only one refund request now stuck and i got your username,its was renew payment not new order but anyway we will refund it and cancel your account if you would active it again you have to Reorder by our new price because your old price was an offer and its expired
