Hi,

I have Bookmarkingdemon (BMD) 4 but I'm not little satisfy with the product. How can I get a refund?

Email them. They are pretty good about support.
 
why don't you "refund" the software to us ? before you get your money back. maybe somebody could crack that thing and provide a service to the community :D
 
Returned mine too. Crap product. Only created about 10% of accounts from sites I submitted to.
 
about<help any? This is a community forum for contributing bro. So, mind telling us why you didn't like it as to help your fellow members?

I love threads like this because it means less people using BMD. If people won't spend the time to find a support contact on the developers own site how do they expect to put in the time it takes to get the software working in the first place?

Let me guess. You found a list of BMD sites posted on BHW or some other forum, loaded it and it gave you bad results?
Did you check the actual sites to see if it was the site or BMD that was failing? The lists floating around are filled with garbage outdated sites. Some are great but it takes time and effort to find the good sites and skip the bad.

Put in the time and effort and you'll have a great list of working sites. 500 in one month is easy.
 
I bought a 100% genuine copy and it did create the accounts (on about 50% of sites listed only!) but they were all empty even though I followed it down to a T. Software sucks.

I thought the same thing about this software too...but i didnt refund it...i kept looking for better info on how to use it...but essentially...one day or a couple days...u are gonna have to find a list of sites in addition to the ones already there...u can look on this forum...and then spend a day or two entering captchas and creating accts...load up ur sites then just run that bitch all day every day...its gonna be hit or miss but if u keep running it...it will eventually make alot of bookmarks...i just did a run on some new sites and they are already indexed with backlinks...this was since friday btw.

If i buy another bkmark software product, itll be bookmarkwiz tbh.

Well I think the BookMarkWiz software that Nossie created is cool, well you can do a search in the forum. :), if not you can wait for BMD5, heard its coming out soon.

Its release date has been "a couple of weeks" for a couple months now. But hopefully it will be soon. Scheduled tasks and phpdug support will be great.
 
BMD is a powerful tool if you take the time to learn how to unleash the beast. As an out of the box program it leaves alot of be desired, and yea it hasn't been updated in some time and isn't creating all the accounts properly. It's still a hell of a deal for the cost.

I just downloaded the BMD5 update and it wont even run lol
 
I bought BMD a while back. It didn't work as expected and requested a refund.
Thinking maybe it was just me, I bought it again, only to find the same abysmal results. I asked for a refund a second time.

Edwin was good about getting me my refunds quickly, but I will not be "testing" BMD 5.
