Bookmarking Whats The Point ?

Other than getting a page indexed does bookmarking hold any weight interms of ranking - or as a link

From my experience it did , but only on a short period of time , when I was bookmarking every few days my site , all the links that I have bookmarked have sucessfully got higher in rankings but after a while after I stoped bookmarking my links they kinda got downgraded

Maybe someone can tell you other experience

Seems that bookmarking doesn't make sense if the ranking goes down quick
