I tried to get a little feedback on this software yesterday but got no replies. It's all good though, after all, I'm just the new guy. After further review and testing of this software I have decided it was best to request a refund. The sad thing is that I really wanted this program to work out. Bookmarking is highly effective if done properly and with the right tools, I thought I would get that in this product but I guess not. Here are my issues: 1. Not enough working bookmarking sites. I can't remember the exact numbers this software comes with but I'm pretty sure it is less than 150. The problem is that most of the sites in the current database just wont except the bookmarks, sure, you can sign up and create a billion accounts but when it comes time to bookmark most of the sites just fail. Therefore leaving you with only about 60 bookmarks or so. I guess that's not bad, but for $147 you would think the program could do better than that. 2. Inaccurate Pinging: This might not be a big deal to some of you but for me it is huge. It appears that this software is not sending back the correct page for pinging. Instead of pulling the actual bookmark page, which on most sites looks something like this (/story-php?id=0), the software is pulling these type of pages: (/user?loginusername&viewhistory). In my opinion it is pointless to ping these history pages, sure, the spiders might stop by and pick up the link if they are not blocked from the login pages. But even if they do, it won't do much good since the links on those pages are marked with a nofollow 9 out of 10 times. And from what I can tell these history pages are never indexed or cached by the search engines so again this makes the ping totally pointless. I had to manually pull each bookmark and then place in it the ping queue so that the bookmarks would get picked up and indexed, luckily I started with a small amount. Bottom line here is that the software should be adjusted so that it pulls the actual bookmark page instead of the history page, this will allow the bookmarks to be picked up and indexed alot faster. 3. Extremely Poor Success Rate: Whether we like it or not most software programs just don't come with a 100% success rate when it performs its task, and I'm sure we have learned to accept that. But in the case of this software the success rate is just to low to be considered acceptable. Out of the 808 sites I was able to add and confirm through the software (I take that to mean that the software is able to post bookmarks to all 808 sites, depending on my settings of course.) only 306 made it through the bookmarking process. You might say that is pretty good, but here is the problem, of the 306 that made it through, most of those pages looked like this:bokme/user/history/seahawksea/ (I can't post the real url, but bascally their is nothing there, all it says is "username submitted", I stopped counting after 57, to be honest I was just to pissed to continue. 4. Just To Time Consuming: I have never purchased a program that has taken this long to get going. As I said above, this software comes with a pretty small number of bookmarking sites so I have spent the last 6 days looking for sites to add to the database. I was able to come with 10,000 + and only 808 made the cut. So unless you already a huge list of working sites then you could be in for a long journey looking for sites to add. I also spent alot of time creating user accounts and adding categories before every submission as well as looking for proxies but not much. Creating accounts was'nt that bad, but having to add categories before every submission is just ridiculous. The set default category option is all messed up, despite selecting all of the sites that needed categories this software just refuses to add those categories to the sites, it always gives a no matches found, thus forcing you to have to manually add them to each bookmarking site before submitting. I think the best choice here would be to set the software kinda similar to AMR in which you place the category where you want to bookmark to in the same area where you place your title and descriptions along with your tags if you chose to use any. This way the software can scan to see if it finds a match, if not then it will select from the default list, if that doesn't work then it's just a no go. One other idea about the pinging. I think it would be really cool if this software pinged the bookmark right after the bookmark is posted. This would make indexing alot faster, plus it would look more natural to both the ping servers as well as the spiders. Just a thought. Conclusion: I think this program has alot of potential and could be very powerful, but the fact that too much work still has to done manually before you can see quality results causes me not to recommend this software for those who are looking to create some bookmarks. I currently use a bookmarking provider that is just awesome, I got this program with the hopes of matching their results, I'm sorry to say that this software hasn't even come close to doing that. I know it is not their job to produce miracles, but I did expect alot more then what I got. Now you might asking yourself why didn't I just take this up with the support team before posting this review. My answer is for that is simple, it would have been pointless. Unless they can fix these issues on a fly or have a list of 5,000 + bookmarking sites that actually work then I won't be satisfied. So for now I would say that if you know someone that is offering cheap bookmarking services then you might want to stick with that until they can get a few things ironed out with this software. That's my review, thanks for reading.
