I've noticed that Clickbump SEO says to bold keywords and link to other pages internally.

SEOPressor says to do EVERYTHING... underline, bold, italicize, link internally and externally.

Is one more correct than the other?

I'd say that internal linking is definitely important, regardless. However, I've never seen any indication that making keywords bold or putting them in italics has any effect on SEO. I've gotten sites to rank with and without it just as easily.

It used to effect SEO a while back but not so much anymore, as a matter of fact overdoing it will most likely penalize you now.
