I just start this thread for self motivating me a little bit for the sommer and I hope you guys will get motivated a little bit too.
As school ends in a few weeks I decided to set up a little work out plan for the summer vacancie.
5 months ago i broke my finger in a unfortune street fight. I know you may say "just a finger , guy i would never stop with my work out."
but actually I had a surgery because of this and had to stop with my workout untill last week.
Before this street fight i practiced 5 times a week :
    Mo,We,Fr - Boxing
    Tue, Thursday, Sunday: Gym

    Gym:
    Tue - Breast, Biceps
    Thursday - Chest, Triceps
Sunday - Shoulder and some allround exercises

Im looking forward to put up the same plan after the last schoolday, and what I also plan beside my work out plan is, to monetize my 3 MNS and to earn some nice bucks to party a little bit after hard workout.

Here are 2 videos I wanted to share with you, that inpire me a lot when I watch them:

This is the wrong section. What are your goals? Did you lose a lot of mass from not being able to work out?

Interesting journal. A couple of questions: what do you mean by breast? Why don't you include legs on the workout routine? Legs are a must if you are serious with mass-training.

Wish you success on your journey.

no all my mass actually turned into fat, im not the skinny guy, actually when I dont do sport I get chubby, but i did work out and sport for so many years now . i cant imagine a life without sport, that was the reason, why I felt like real shit the whole time doing nothing.
my goal is to gain again the mass and rutine(dont know how to spell sorry) to have some amature fights .

Not sure about that? All the boxers I see have pretty skinny legs, probably good for conditioning but not mass.

you are abolutely right, i have to say that boxer do not really need mass in their leg, there are 2 different types of mussscle structure, the first one is the one you dont see that much mass but is trained hard through cardio and the econd one is the one specialiesed to mass and strongness ( its very hard to explain thi without to know the right words)
the first type you will get by doing an exerize with less weight but more repeats
the second you will get by doing the exerize with more weight but not too much

boxers neeed the 2nd type because during a fight the have to do a lot of the "dancing" in the ring... just try it by urself if your not used to it it gets really hard, thats the reaon we do a lot of skipping

    Muscle can't turn into fat...

You need leg workout in your routine. You need Squats. Squats are crucial exercise for bodybuilding. Your T-levels will increase massively with heavy squats and it will help building other muscle parts too. I suggest you pick up a better routine.
