Is anyone using Boomarking Demon? Do you think it's worth the purchase? Please share your experience here. I was checking their site and noticed it was $97! I would like to hear about peoples' experience first before buying it. So please post about your experience with it here.

I unfortunately did. I am a little unhappy, because there is so much work involved, I really do not understand why automate all except the captchas (ok, I understand that this is not easily possible) is thaaat difficult.

Missing features: credentials autofiller, random urls (not sure, maybe changed), random mixing of your urls with those random urls. And somehow a support/mechanism for multiple sites to promote.

But the most important question is: can u drive a considerable amount of traffic to your site when you promote your site on 100 accounts for instance? I was too lazy to try it.
I would be really interested which number of magnitude can you expect, if you appear on number one for a certain tag?

Hey,

I use BMD almost every day and love it.

1. The auto account creation is what sold me (I use Tor and make a few 5 - 6 different log ins for all the sites)
2. It has a great random RSS feed poster, built in article spinner (of sorts), and a random login option that helps make your book marks look 'less spammy'
3. easy to pick up for the nube and advanced features for the pro.
4. Built in Ping feature that helps the spiders find your bookmarks.
5. The guy is always updating his program so new features abound.

In my option its worth the money. Snuke is another good program in the same field - but I like BMD a bit better.

Well, just my 2 cents

Hi 1mill_soon,

congrat that you are running BMD to your satisfaction.

Maybe I am a little unsatisfied to the lack of success.

Do you really drive notable traffic to your sites?

Most socbm listings do not have ********/uncloaked links anymore, so, do you have to create say 100 accounts and post your url to the socbm sites in order to be listed in the top10 of the tags?

I bought it awhile back, but unfortunately have been unable to use it yet. Have Vista 64 bit on my main computer and it won't run on it and my laptop has a less than official version of XP pro that only has SP1 and it needs at least SP2. New laptop on the way though because of BHW!!!

I played around a little more with BMD, but my opinion did not change.

SocBM sites deliver traffic, but no backlinks anymore (most hide the links to your sites). I heared that digg should be useful for SERP (really??), but that is not supported by BMD - every bookmark requires a captcha to enter.

Traffic via bookmarking sites can only be delivered if your site has much 'diggs' whatever/equivalent, and for that purpose, BMD does not easily serve.

My suspicion is, that BMD does not automate things more just because of legal issues - if you allow more automation, the software would range quickly in the field of spam software - in every case this is dangerous for the creator.

Still, my recommendation is - for BH short-term sites, stay away. For WH sites and for a good concience, you might give it a try.

Bookmarking Demon is a waste of time. I bought it and had to get the refund. It posts to only a few sites and there is a ton of work to be done to post to the sites you want. Also, the account creation tool was a joke. It was only successful in a few cases. I worked with the software for over a week. Don't waste your time. For that matter, don't waste your time with ANY social submission software. (There's one out there that claims to submit to 160 plus sites. Joke. Ninety percent are foreign sites that will do you no good at all.)

The best way to socially submit is to use Roboform and its custom fields option. Also, check out Onlywire and Ping.fm.

$97 damn i paid $124 for it like 2 days ago WTF

The vidoes show its like 99% automated... you just gotta enter the captchas and the first main account details for which it then makes all the accounts for. Aint used it yet though....

I bought it and it is bloody great tool. I have about 7000 accounts allreday.
Yes you need to do a little work such as fill in capchas but i can live with that

I got it too , used like 30-35 minutes and I forget about it :) it's just another few other bucks spent for nothing . Worthless since isn't working ... still manual bookmarking is far away better !

I have to agree i just got it and to be honest its worth everydam penny ..there a slight learning curve but if you already know the basics this BMD rocks. I only had for three days now and been working it ever since nonstop Its worth the money if you know what your doing......my 2 cents !!

I have read so many good things and so many bad thins about BMD I really don't know what to say about it. but from everything I have read you just have to know how to use it to get success out of it.

but I'm use SEnuke and that's working for me...

I don't think anyone's saying anything bad about BMD4 other than the fact that it comes with a woefully thin list of Pligg and Scuttle sites, but then they come and go on a weekly basis anyway and inserting new ones into the software is brain dead simple.

SENuke has its strengths (I use it for the RSS submit function mainly) but BMD4 leaves it cold when it comes to bookmarking.

BMD4 is pretty bug free, which is unusual. Probably worth what I paid for it.

the social bookmarking sites are spammed as hell. do they still have influence to your site on the SERPs?

I have had good luck with it... Google picks up my sites very quickly after posting. New content gets noticed quick. The only thing I dislike is how hard it is to find new sites and add them. I wish the author of the software would give more active sites when purchased. i have spoent a lot of time building my site list and only have about 1000... needmore.

BMD Sucks. I did everything and set it up and it only had a 60% success rate in bookmarking. had to get the refund. I paid 147 for it, so i don't konw where you got it for 97. I got it about 3 weeks ago and refunded it. ugh...

Why not use decaptcher fro the captchas to make it fully automated?
