i agree bluevm staff is very rude and doesnt do changes which i want.
I agree .i selected this vps just because it is cheap.
you get what you pay for. Don't expect diamonds for pennies
I had bought 1 year BlueVM vps for like 5 month before. Never used it once. Support is terrible and vps network uptime do not come close to host any real website. Never used it. Now i am using RamNode. So fat no isuue. there were 2 downtime of 5- and 10 minutes in 2 months, but i guess thats acceptable.
Thanks for the heads-up OP. People will know what to expect from them before getting their services.
ip conflit could happen as mostly nobody in VPS service use vlan for each customer (or it's handle on the supervisor). if you change your ip in tcp/ip you can go in conflict with another customer.
that's happen also on dedicaced server but only on very bad datacenter
Fix your issue should be done when they answer, it's quite easy to find who took your ip (each vps have a mac address so just look which vm use it ...)
Now my hosting losts connection for days, I tried to raised tickets, but got no reply....
Separate names with a comma.
