BLUESNAP - Think a 100,000 times before you use them - Absolutely Worst experience!

    We wasted several months with them. Since i want the most number of people to know what has happened and in a fight to get back the money i think its best to put up a website & SEO it. These guys are holding back almost 30k USD for more than a year now. Here it is.

    Im sure the BS guys are gonna see it. We are not defaming the brand in any way BUT just sharing our experience.
    Your thoughts and suggestions are appreciated.
    I also request you to share the content on social media so that these guys really get noticed about this.

    I agree there are some payment processing companies which are actually fooling the clients and stealing their money.

    I had same experience with PayPal they steal around $13,000 from my account saying that there are lots of chargeback which was totally wrong,

    when I talked to the client he said he had not made any charge back
    I suggest merchants to use currencies like Bitcoin e.t.c

    I had some problems with BlueSnap too (they held my funds for about 1 year), but not a big $ amount.

    I was looking forward to consider Bluesnap after reading some reviews with them a while ago, but this...NOT Anymore...Thanks for the tip-off..Should be sharing it on the socials..

    I faced the same issue with them 1 year ago, they are holding my $1k, sent them dozens of emails but always got 1 excuse or the other.

    This isn't exclusive to BlueSnap. This is normal whenever a merchant gets terminated from a processor. Locking up the funds for 6months + is normal for terminated accounts. Everything theyre doing now was probably part of the fine print in the contract you signed with them. You could always pay for an attorney to review the contract you signed with them, but I doubt that'd get your money back. I've gone through this process before (with another company, and amounts way greater), so I totally feel your pain.

    You have to file case against them. You can do lots of things to fu*k their business.

    Yeah they could not keep money for themselves ultimately. Im in the process of looking at options and getting back my money soon.

    @op i'm sure this thread got indexed in google ,sure they will start losing their reputation ..now a days big companies even started scamming without any shame..
