I promise you that if you just take the time to look at the blogger back end, you will know how to do this...

Go to Layout --> Edit HTML. And then click the browse button and select your XML template and upload it!

A simple google search on blogger templates or blogger skins will bring you back some good results.

Incorporated the template is very easy, and most sites that have templates to download will also give easy to read and understand instructions.

There are tons of free templates for blogger. If you are going to run it on blogger.com you need to host your template graphics elsewhere or just upload them at pictures to your first post and link from them to your template. That post will soon be burried so far down so noone will ever see it if using the blog correct and by that you can store everything on the same place and speed up the loading time of the layout.

I use blogger a lot. Wordpress is nice but I can run some scripts at blogger which I can't at wordpress.
