Make some blogs.....Put what you want and as often as you want then.....

Depends on your niche. If it's health related I might do a link exchange on a couple of sites I'm trying to massage.

Shame its not health... It seems to have juice... I never heard of a blog roll before...

Generally you have to email other site owners with a link exchange request if you want to get on their blog roll. But they work well if you can get them and they tend to be very long term links. You've got to have a good clean site though.
