Especially FB page. You're 12-13 years late to the party. It all ended back then after we enjoyed 70-80% organic reach of pages. Even the biggest noob could make a page viral and make a fortune.

Blogging is more profitable and it is not likely to get banned overnight except if your domain and hosting platform ban you and this is very rare.
With a blog, you can sell your personal products or services once you start getting traffic and you might not need adsense before you start making money.

Facebook page. But Make sure you don't get banned. even if you do don't let it discourage you. Keep that as a learning and don't do the same mistake again.
