i am dying to know this question right now...im thinking blogger generator as i have both but i only want to use the best of the two..im leaning towards bloggergenerator

Blogger Generator is much easier and faster to use than Easy Blogger.
When you Google for user reviews on Easy Blogger you'll find a lot of complaints about the steep learning curve and the need for multiple text files to generate and maintain your blogs.
I had a quick glance at Easy Blogger and yes it has many settings you can adjust so needs more effort to learn all the features of this program.
I'm using Blogger Generator myself and it's as easy to use as can be.
* make your accounts
* decide on a few settings like template, content, etc.
* post
It comes with some nice extra progs like a article grabber that I use for other projects as well and a pinger.
I'm not using it to make quality blogs. the blogs are part of my blogfarms.
Making a quality blog however is possible but thats got nothing to do with the prog you're using. It depends on the stuff like content, keywords, etc. you put into it.
And now the most important part:
Whenever blogspot changes anything Joe comes with an update so it keeps working.

Another soul for bloggergenerator, apparently "easy" blogger creator pro didn't get the memo of occam's razor.
what i've done is get someone working for a few bucks an hour on elance and they created blogs for me on 200 different platoforms, and they updated it once every 3 days so they stay updated - this was simply cheaper and probably more efficient then most of the softwares out there and it keeps me in control.
