How to crack this niche? Whatever links I add, I am still not on page 1.
What if I drive traffic from other related IM forums? It is one of the toughest niches. Try and look for long tail keywords and keep posting content including reviews and comparisons. After some time as the content ages, they will start ranking for some of the long tail keywords found within the content. Meanwhile, you can also use social media to increase your reach and get more visitors.

But people on social media are for fun. Most are there to entertain themselves. Few people will but but I have to spend to reach all.I suggested social media and not forums because everyone is on social media now. Ten years ago forums were very popular and there were not many Facebook groups although the groups feature was launched around then. Nobody visits forums anymore. People who visit and post in them are only interested in promoting their own links. They will not click yours because they will post and then leave. BHW is an exception with high participation because it is well established as a community and marketplace, but it is rare. I still have an account in IM forums, but I hardly ever post because they are nearly dead. Warrior forum posts are mostly from their own staff, with some long irrelevant posts from old men and women who have nothing better to do because they live on their pension. People are interested in hosting before purchasing and will watch video reviews and comparisons, so YouTube videos will also work well. To promote their hosting links, many people create website tutorials and WordPress plugin tutorials. Miles Beckler began by creating free tutorials and then promoting hosting links, and he is now doing quite well.
Even hosting companies pay for ads and it is impossible for us to beat their bids.Use paid ads and send them to your blog post, if you are confident to convert them.
For free traffic you gotta rank and its one of the toughest to rank.
Neil patel ranks for hosting keywords and that is his main traffic source i read some where, so check it out how is he doing it.Even hosting companies pay for ads and it is impossible for us to beat their bids.
Direct traffic would be fine, as others said this niche is very tough to crack. Also, target other direct traffic sources too such as reddit, quora, facebook groups etc..What if I drive traffic from other related IM forums?
