Blog with a News section

1. Is it possible to have one blog site with one section dedicated to news?
2. Can Google index the news section quickly like a news websites?
3. Would you suggest having a different website for the news instead of a section on the existing website?

Yes you can have that. Create a category in your blog named 'News' where you can publish news articles.

Google crawls and indexes such content but then I it may de-index it too because news content is always duplicate and fetched from top sources.

It is your choice honestly, but if I were you, I would only add news as a one section in my site. The reason being that such content has very less chances to reach to the top and fetch organic traffic. I would want to supplement my site with other original content.

How will Google know if it is a news section? What should I do to have a quick index for a particular news section?

Yes Is it possible to have one blog site with one section dedicated to news, But i will not prefer this.
Can Google index the news section quickly like a news websites- Yes But it takes more time as compared to dedicated news sites.
