Not sure if I reading this wrong or if you are asking it wrong... but when you say "website" you mean you wordpress (blog) website right?. If that's not what you are saying you might want to consider turing your website into a wordpress blog (CMS).

In the long run it'll be worth it. It might be a pain right now.

Once that is done then you have access a gazillion plug-ins to do almost ANYTHING that you want, and if a plug-in can't (i doubt it) do what you want it to do then you can outsource a php programmer to tweek an existing plug-in that might have about 75% of the feature that you want.

After you do have wordpress set-up then WP-O-Matic will get the job done but my personal preference is Autoblogged. I'm going to leave it at that because I see you bjust joined the forum... Get your feet wet and browse some of these threads, it's very unlikely that what you are trying to do hasn't already been asked or explained in one of these 1,000,000 posts (literally... I was looking @ that earlier today, BHW has over 1,000,000 posts)

But of the top of my head search for "How to replicate techchuck blog they talk alot about wp-o-matic, autoblogs, and autoblogged (plug-in).

Hope that helps... If you are talking about feeding RSS to .html or .php and you are asking that question then you need to hire a programmer.
