Are these still ok to use after the latest update?

Or are these now considered spammy?

I had 200 blog posts done over 30 days. I know this is too fast but its done now.

If a permanent problem came from me doing this what would it look like? De-indexing?

I've dropped in the serps but i also changed the homepage (ranking page) quite a bit round this time. So it could also be down to that.

It won't be considered as spammy links if this is not coming from the same network. Even I have faced little tricky with my blogs.
Better get links from high authoritative, low OBL, niche relevant links in the future. Prefer to get 20 good quality links instead of getting low 200 quality links
