What is the best way to start a blog network without getting caught

what seo hosts to use ?

how should domains be registerd ?

how many blogs should i start with ?

should i make the blog network nich related or should i have multiple catogories for the blog ?

is building a blog network really worth my time ? or would i just be better of using my time to build more links ?

and should i outsource the building of the whole networks blogs and content ?

Please add more information if possible

Create high quality content using different platforms (wordpress, joomla, etc). Don't interlink the blogs.
Any webhost works just make sure they're on separate class c ips.
    Private is preferred.
As many as you can afford.
I like to keep my blogs limited to a single niche but I'm really only working with one niche at the time being.
Depends. It's a lot of work but I think it's worthwhile.
and should i outsource the building of the whole networks blogs and content ?
I don't know of any companies that build blog networks. You can buy high pr domains but I don't of any companies that actually build the network for you.

If you have private registration, it doesn't really matter.

I wouldn't focus on seo hosts. Just use a variety of different hosts and you will automatically get different class c ips. It's much cheaper that way.

I'm not sure about that. After all Google can see through Private Whois since they are are a registrar themselves:

    From http://www.icann.org/en/registrars/accredited-list.html
I think it would be better to register different domains under different aliases than hope you can hide behind Privacy.

The only risk in that is getting your domains taken away for using fake whois info.

I'm not advocating faking the who is. I"m saying using the same methods that people do for multiple accounts, ie. truncations of their names, business names, alternate addresses etc. (ie. John Smith, Johnathan Smith, Johnny Smith and so on). Same person spread across multiple registrars would lessen the footprint.
