is really good?
i mean we have a pr 5 post with 100 do follow links on it including my link.
how much juice can i get from it ?
it is worth the time?

Well it's a simple calculation to work that out. 100 x 0.85 = 85.

85 / 100 = 0.85% of the link juice will be directed at your site.

This is under the classic PR model. However, after this step has been taken, Google then applies other filters to the link. If it is in a relevant niche, the value goes up significantly. Your anchor text, and the text surrounding the anchor, will be taken into account too.

Whether you leave your comment on that PR5 with 100 OBL or not depends on the site you're pointing it at. If it's a new money domain, I would say don't do it. Google looks at the number of sites with high OBLs which link to your site. If it's over a certain percentage, you may fall victim to a linkspam penalty.

I would use a site like the one you're proposing to pump up a web 2.0 satellite.

There are many software packages like Blog Commenting Demon that can speed up the by hand blog process. I also comment spam the hell out of everything (I own 11 copies of the popular comment spammer that used to be sold here on BHW) but i see far better conversion from paying an American collage student $8.00 to blog semi automatically using software like BCD. Of course i am talking traffic here and not to mention the juice that you refer to. Because it use just about every link building method to the max, its hard to track exactly how much juice comes from blogging. Are there any others out there that just blog and are doing well on page rank PR4 - PR9 ?
