Even with a "do-follow" list, it takes way too much time to find the ones that are still do-follow blogs, 6 months after the list is published. A lot of them also have no page rank making them useless to comment on. Going through a list like this takes hours.

Why not just submit to directories instead? Isn't this a better use of one's time?

Why are you using a list? Of course anything published is gonna be spammed to hell and they'll change policies

Time.....Commenting on blogs? I use a tool and it does it automatically :D Are you attempting to post comments to blogs manually using your "do-follow list"? If so then yes this is a complete waste of time. Get a tool and run wild with it.

I was using the free version of Blog Kahuna but it didn't find many blogs in my niche.

So what tool do you recommend and where do I find it?

Blog commenting from a whitehat seo aspect is great you get high quality relevant links. However spamming lists blackhat style just gets you picked up by askimet and you are lucky if you get 1% of your spammed comments in, you can get some backlinks but you are better of doing it whitehat style really.

As for tools there are some automated ones on here, but comment kahuna is the best manual one.

Try comment kahuna as suggested. The latest version has the comment luv option available which is nice. Using a list again as stated already, is what is a waste of time.

Is the paid version of Comment Kahuna that much better than the free one?
