Hi guys,
Few days ago I have tried to deposit money on blockchain.
I bought BTC and accidentally moved the cash to Trading BTC, when i realise that i can't send this money i tried to transfer it to a normal BTC to be able to send it.
When I didn't found this option and didn't find any resolution. I tried again to buy USD and then again buy normal btc that was my plan! but after i tried to buy USD it was on PENDING status 3 days! then I decided to cancel the transaction and get again to an Trading balance and try some other way and it was canceled successfully! but there is no money at all or btc... just dissapeared! 3 days passed and support didn't replied on my messages.
someone knows how this works and what's happening with this website?

You must use a website. There's no way you buy btc on the blockchain using usd. There isn't usd in btc blockchain
idk how but i do it on their website blockchain.com and on the transactions I see it is canceled but btc dissapeared not available at all.

The best thing to do is make sure you know what you're doing when making transactions because you can easily lose your money screwing around like this.

Are you talking about the platform blockchain.com? I get response back from them same day always.

Insist on their support website , ask for a higher level operator if they come up with generic responses. My account was hacked somehow on that website and I managed to get it closed after 3 months of chatting with their cyborgs. Luckily I had no money on it, it was just an issue with stolen account info.
Anyway ... never keep your crypto on websites, install your own wallet, I like Electrum, but there are also others.

Keep in mind that a blockchain does not have a website. It's a script that runs on many computers around the world.

If you are using a website like blockchain.com you should ask for support from the people who run it

Thanks guys I’ll wait for a support reply as i don’t have any other ways.
