Blast on Natural Links?

Let's say a money site has some natural links linking to it.
Would it be ok to xrumer/scrapebox on those urls (natural links so the pages are not owned by the money site's owner) to boost the money site's SERP?

Would blasting some one else's site for the purpose of boosting ranking cause any problem? How to do it without causing any damage to them and making it win-win?

Blast them with Related Keywords. Not the Exact keywords you're trying to rank for, but related, perhaps long tail, derivatives.

Naturally it will pan out that your backlinks have become better themed. If not by content then by the Off-page votes(the backlinks you have just built to them).

So by design you get even more powerful backlinks. But be careful however not all your present backlinks will be able to take excessive blasts without falling off the grid into the sandbox.
