Blank thumbnail images after uploading

Hi guys
Basically after i have uploaded a video to youtube the video still that people see is blank and there are no video stills of what i have uploaded. When i go in to edit video all three thumbnail images are blank. The video works and plays fine just that there are no thumbnail images.

takes a while for them to appear. Has taken half a day or so for me in the past. They will appear it just takes a bit longer sometimes.
 
yeh just giv it time. has your vid been approved and live? it shouldnt take to long now though.
