blacklisted plugins and urls

I have a plugin and some users on it
Without fail, no matter what the URL is, as soon as I have my accounts post a link within 2 minutes it gets a cpatcha which means it cant be posted anymore though the plugin.

second question: if chrome says plugin is blacklisted does that mean you lose the installs?

Yup,the plugin is of no use if it is blacklisted.
