We're looking to bring on an experienced web designer in the very near future. Most of you here know who we are and what we do. 2008 was a great year. 2009 looks even better. Industry experience and references are important to us. An eye for the future and strong work-ethic are a must. Weekly compensation and profit share for the right candidate. This position could easily become full-time in the near future, so only serious individuals need apply.

Quick update for non-US residents:
We've already received a question regarding international candidates. We will consider and review all candidates, regardless of nationality, equally. However, the right candidate must speak, read, and write English well and not have any problems working in an environment with people who use American-ized English.

We've received a handful of resumes and portfolios, but we're still looking to gather more before we go over them. To publicly respond to a few more questions and comments we received:

• There are no health or dental benefits as of right now.
• We're serious about the pay being commensurate with experience.
• Group contracts are acceptable, but not preferred.
