So one of my CPA Networks just added a PPC offer which pays pretty well (.xx per click) and I was considering blackhatting it. Its condition is that it can only be used by email advertising. I was considering sending incent traffic to it and blanking the source (so that it looks like it's coming from email - it wouldn't refer from their mail right?) On the landing page, all they have to do is enter their own email. The PPC offer is regarding "win free prizes through your email!". Do you think it'd be worth sending low quality incent traffic (but not fraudulent,~1,000 per day) towards it?

More than .30 cents, less than .80. I'm too much of a pussy to pinpoint myself too specifically. I've already lied a little about the situation but it doesn't really change anything.

Just to point out, about the referrer header issue you were wondering...

Headers from e-mail embed, just tested:

    HTML:
    KEEP-ALIVE: 115
    USER-AGENT: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.9) Gecko/20100824 Firefox/3.6.9 ( .NET CLR 3.5.30729)
    HOST: xxx://xxx.*****.xxx
    ACCEPT-CHARSET: ISO-8859-1,utf-8;q=0.7,*;q=0.7
    CONNECTION: keep-alive
    ACCEPT-LANGUAGE: en-us,en;q=0.5
    REFERER: hxxp://by136w.bay136.mail.live.com/mail/InboxLight.aspx?FolderID=00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000001&n=54981678
    ACCEPT: text/html,application/xhtml+xml,application/xml;q=0.9,*/*;q=0.8
    ACCEPT-ENCODING: gzip,deflate
I suspected with a webmail service such header would be passed but just wanted to confirm, so there ya go.

Guess I can use a redirect link and say I'd like to keep track of conversions for myself.
