blackhatcodebreaker content locker having issues on IE but fine on firefox. HELP

I used blackhatcodebreaker content locker on my site. Its working fine with firefox but on internet explorer the content locker pops out behind the content, i cant see the locker. How can I make it appear ahead of our content in internet explorer and block it off until a survey link is clicked.?

(also how can i add skins to make the content locker look nice)
