Blackhat Wordpress *v2* - Automated $100 a day sites in 5 Minutes

At risk of offending I thought I'd start this thread so we could all hook up again whilst Zen attends to his family's needs at this time.

Maybe there's some out there who have questions they'd like to ask or a minor problem they need help with.

I'm having trouble getting my gateway image to show up. Its dimensions are 500 x 150 and I've attempted uploading it in numerous different formats including png, jpg and jpeg.
