=) Well its not really blackhat but this + doing blackhat can bring you in some back for sure.

What im talking about of course is Polyphasic sleep. Instead of sleeping 1 time at night (Mono phasic) you take several naps throughout the day.

Not gonna go to in-depth into it because google is here for a reason =)

But yea basically I have done the uberman(20min nap every 4 hours) schedule twice (Just starting it back up again) and im on the 9th day so I was wondering if anyone else sleeps like this on here?

To be very honest I feel even more rested. Im not trying to hype it because im not selling you shit lol... But I always had trouble waking up in the morning most the time I would wake up in a deep sleep and be groggy for several hours before being motivated enough to do work. This how ever I dont get that feeling because you dont sleep long enough to hit the "deep sleep" stage.

Or as well you can sleep only 5.5-6hours per day and take a 30minute nap through the day= almost same result but you dont fuck up your schedule.

Well to be very honest I failed at trying it a good 3 times before adapting. The main thing is you just have to teach your self how to be able to nap. My room mate is doing another schedule called the every man he sleeps 1.5 hours mid day and then takes 3 20 mins naps at night. The main set back of sleeping like this is obviously scheduling. But just figured all of work at "homers" there would be bound to be another doing it as well.

This is true. But the only difference is if im writing or just stuck on something in general I just set it to the side and think about it right before I sleep and 20mins later in most cases my subconscious solves the problem for me or gives me a new way to think of it. ( I have come up with several niches from these naps )

As far as scheduling goes last year when I was doing it I was able to go a good 6-7 hours before needing a nap but then I would obviously have to take that nap at a later time. But the schedule can be moved around its just more so if your adapted to it yet or not.

LOL... I sleep for 10 to 12 hours a day and then just work as long as I can which can be anywhere from 10 to 24 hours. Though, I have been working out hard again and that kills me.. It makes me want to eat, sleep and masturbate.. That's about it..

I'm sleeping once every 3 days or 72 Hrs. I don't take nap inbetween and i still don't feel any tiredness. The last time i slept was before 40 hrs from now.

At uni i slept 2 blocks of 4 hours in a day and now i work i sleep 6 hours.

Its just what your body is used to. If your used to gettign 12 hours sleep in a night then you will be in shock when you only get 8 hours, if you only sleep once every 2 days then its normal if your body is used to it. Nothing special here and been known for a long time

When I was in the army as a Sgt. we would go without sleep for 4-5 days sometimes and even if my guys got to rest, I was being briefed, writing orders and what not.
I think it would be a good strategy that OP suggests, I am going to try it!

Why sleep at all? If you don't sleep, you won't lose any hours and have 24 h/day at your disposal.

If you sleep 20 mins every 4 hours that's 2.6 hours sleep in a day..that's kinda low...if i'd be sleeping 2.6 hours per day one day i just wouldn't wake up at all :rippedhan

its actually just 2 hours. Some naps though I wake up within 10-15 mins remembering a dream that seemed to have lasted 2 hours then I look at the clock see only 15 mins has past then I get up because if I go back to sleep at that point then I feel like shit.
