Blackhat Thumbnail Technique

If your channel has anything to do with female parenting or infant care (even if FACELESS and possibly using AI images/voice), apparently YT allows for thumbnails like the one below.

Does this strategy work?

Check out the views highlighted in red

You might get a high CTR on that thumbnail, but probably also much lower retention on your videos, if the content is not showing what the image suggests.
I'd be careful doing this.
