Blackhat - Same Search Console for Multiple Sites?

Is it a bad idea to have multiple sites on same Search Console if plan to blackhat the shiz out of a few of them? do you all use multiple search console accounts?

I had 2 website penalty for spam and apparently, you shouldn't link your website to search console and analytic but I am not sure.
