i see alot of people doing seo for blackhat niches like hacks, generators, keygens..ect also copyrighted stuff, this kind of things used to generate good money by promoting on youtube back in the day, but google cracked down on it. my point is, its only a matter of time before google do the same for its search engine too

Google has actually released algorithm updates such as the Pirate Update to combat sites that have received too many copyright infringement complaints, but it wouldn't surprise me if they began focusing more on it in a future update.

This update was mainly towards the movies and series niche. Besides that niche, it didn't targeted any other copyright related terms.

I should have been more specific in my previous post, but yes, I remember there was a site that I used to visit to watch television programmes on that disappeared from the SERPs following that update.

no i didnt say google will close down its search engine, youtube is also a search engine and big G managed to blacklist copyrighted stuff like movies,tv shows, also blackhat niches such as game cracks, fake generators ect.. so i don't know why the won't do the same for google searcgh results it self.
thanks for the input, i tried reading more about that plugin but i couldn't figure out if the plugin would affect your sites ranking overal or just the search keywords your site has received a DMCA notice for
