Hi Guys,

Looking to tap the awsome hivemind that is BHW

I am a frequent flyer junkie and every time I scan my card I always think that there must be a way that Frequent Flyer miles or Status credits can be black-hatted or exploited

My question to you guys - Is their any web-based way of accruing points that can be blackhatted?

I am really interested in
- Delta
- SkyWest
- Virgin America
- Hawaiian Airlines
- Singapore Airlines
- Qantas

Anyone got any info? If you dont want to release it publicly feel free to PM me

Forgot to mention - Any of those 10,000 points promotions or competitions that come up now and then - Does anyone know of any of those?

I should hook you up with my brother. He fiddles with this stuff. Has hooked up about 5 trips from Aus to Europoe, all business class at slightly lower than the cost of an economy ticket. I believe he was using some special promotions, etc.

Where I live, you cannot send Western Union by using a credit card when paying over the counter. But, you can use a CC when paying WU to someone over the net.

We have thought about the idea of sending money to ourselves (Krzysiek sends to Krzysiek - literally, myself). The only cost would be the WU fee, which usually isn't much for the amount of points you end up with. Of course, this is not a way to get 'free points' but if you look into it, it might mean very cheap points which means cheaper tickets.

If you could replicate something like this, you could sell business class tickets to people for much cheaper than normal cost, and still make a fair bit of money. You'd probably need to do it all in their name, though. That's all for now. PM if you like.

Try one of the major aero enthusiast forums (sorry the moderation system won't let me put one of the URLs down)

Those guys spend their spare time sniffing out errors in booking systems and finding the cheapest routes to get maximum FF miles. Most of them work for airlines as well and share their knowledge about the best ways.

I know airline alliance multi-trip tickets can be purchased in certain countries much cheaper than others, for example If I remember correctly the OneWorld alliance sells their "round the world" tickets like 20% cheaper in South Africa or something - and it is valid for all airlines in the alliance. Like I said though, check out those forums where you will see plenty of people talking about things like 'status trips' (taking advantage of promotional offers just to get miles/status credits) some of the guys just layover for like an hour then head straight home...just to get the miles to cash in later.

This is a good thread as I travel a lot too. I convert all my credit card points to airmiles. I was wondering if anyone had a good way of using a credit card when some suppliers only accept cash? Not sure if that is off topic but eventually I would want to convert them to air miles.

I am aware of one method, but I don't know if it still works since its been out for a while. You should probably check google and read up on it if people still do it.

Method:
Buy USA Gold $1 coins with credit card from the US MINT since they are trying to circulate more gold coins into the economy. Take money, deposit it at bank and pay off credit card, rinse and repeat.

I also know there are some underground forums that share exploit methods for FF miles. If you find one, and let me know, I'd be very appreciative.

Yeah I've head of the 1$ coin method which still works apparently. Alas I am not in the USA so may have to hunt for a good ff forum
