Blackhat Codebreaker with CPA Question

Hey everyone, I am somewhat new to this forum and this is my first post.

I was just wondering, has anyone here had any long term income using Blackhat Codebreaker with CPA networks? What kind of offers work best with it? I'm sure email/zip submits would convert well, but do you get kicked from the offers fast? As long as your using incentive offers, wouldn't you be fine? Is it possible to give advertisers decent quality leads with content unlock traffic? If so, which networks/offers work best with this method? I know it's a lot of questions, but I'm kinda new to this method and I'm planning to start trying it soon.

Was thinking the same thing. I know there's a mod here that offers a CPA network. His name is Pofecker and the network is StrongerAds. From what I understand they don't mind blackhat traffic, though should probably check to see if BHCB is allowed...
