Hi guys i recently got bhcb and i was wondering how it actually knows once a user completes an offer.

a timer or something?

i already tried searching for the answer.

Just a timer, basically have to guess how long it will take them to do whatever you want them to do. Thankfully the average person doesn't know what BHCB is or it'd be useless.

If you read the readme file that comes with that BHCB you will see what approx times it takes for your visitors to complete those surveys/quizzes.

Make it 180 sec for a survey/quiz and 60 sec for email/zip submit.
