From personal experience, i have bought their yearly plan. Initially they removed opus then sonet and now nothing works. Thier support is just never works. There is no way to get money back. My advice stay away from them!

Post this everywhere, like on all social media sites, sooner or later if they really care. They will contact you, and you can ask for refund.
